Tap the star to save a posting. Find your bookmarked and applied jobs any time under Saved jobs.
Search and filter
Use the search in the header to narrow the deck by keyword, job title, skillset, or salary range.
Invitations and matches
Employers can invite you to apply for a posting. Accept to open the application and unlock messaging — decline and they can't message you.
Your profile, your rules
Make your profile visible to employers, add a resume and experience summary, and preview exactly what employers see. Contact details stay redacted until you choose to share them. Hide or delete your profile any time.

Post jobs
Create an employer account and publish postings — they go straight into the swipe deck, newest first. The free plan includes 3 active postings.

Talent Locator
Search candidates by keyword and skillset, view profiles and resumes, and swipe right on the ones you like.
Invite to apply
Send a candidate an invitation card for one of your postings. They accept or decline — messaging unlocks only after they accept.
Company profile
Add your logo and website under Company details. Candidates see your company profile when you reach out.
Stay in the loop
You get an email alert when a candidate accepts your invitation or messages you, and the header bell shows unread messages.
