CloudCaliberCommunity policies
Every member agrees to these when they use CloudCaliber.
1. Real jobs, real people
Postings must be genuine openings from the company listed. Profiles must represent a real person. No fake listings, impersonation, or misleading pay.
2. No scams or fees
Never ask job seekers for money, banking details, or payment to apply, train, or start work.
3. Respectful messaging
No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, or unwanted repeated contact. Messaging is a privilege unlocked by consent.
4. Fair hiring
Postings and decisions must not discriminate based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
5. Protect privacy
Don't share another member's contact details, resume, or messages outside CloudCaliber without their permission.
6. No spam or misuse
No mass messaging, unrelated advertising, scraping, or attempts to get around site limits or security.
Account deactivation
Accounts that break these policies may be deactivated. A deactivated account can't sign in, and its job postings and profile are hidden from other members. If you believe your account was deactivated by mistake, reply to the deactivation email to ask for a review.
